Doctor Who Style

I don't know if most people associate a nerdy British TV show about a time traveling alien with fashion, but I sure do. I haven't actually gotten to see any of the latest season of Doctor Who, but the recent news about bringing back Ten and Donna for an audio series really got me thinking about how much I miss my guilty pleasure go-to binge watching show.

Along with all the changes in time, galaxy, and universes that happen throughout the course of Doctor Who comes a lot of costume changes. Here are a few of my favorite outfits from throughout the seasons.

1. "The Idiot's Lantern": The 50s were a good look for Rose and Ten. What's not to love about the denim jacket and pink poodle skirt paired together? And Rose did a great job running around saving the world in those kitten heels.
2. "Angels Take Manhattan": Arguably one of the saddest episodes (and I say arguably literally because I've gotten into arguments about this), also features one of my favorite outfits of all time on Doctor Who. Although extremely simple, I think Amy's jacket with her striped shirt and jeans is so perfect. Also, I still can't get over the fact that the Doctor then wears the glasses that Amy leaves. So many feelings.
3. "Robot  of Sherwood": I'm reluctantly including this one, because even though I love the dress I can't stand Clara. Pretty much my least favorite character on any show. Ever. But, my hatred towards her aside, I really love this dress. I think it's the perfect dress to set the tone for the fairy tale-like episode. She look like she walked straight out of a story book.
